Truly disappointed with my experience. Not only did I lose a lot of money on ubers this past month, but also lost a lot of time waiting for a resolution on my car. I've waited over a month now for him to follow through with the repair post diagnostics.. He made the excuse of having a hard time finding the part, but I just found it in two seconds on ebay... Update: I was quoted 2 weeks and after almost 3 months I had to scrap the car. They never did put the engine in. Their negligence cost me a car and $2,700. ____________ I cant tell if this is a scam or you guys are just lacking at your job. I paid $1,700.00 for labor about 2.5 months ago. The job is about halfway done. I stopped asking for time frames since we're like 400% past the time you quoted. You guys are very mysterious.
