Dr. Amanda and her team are absolutely exceptional! They were always very clear on the procedures, patient care, and excellent at their craft. The experience was welcoming and I even got to watch Netflix while I had a filling done! Truly a magical experience.
The staff is skilled, friendly and the facility feels really pleasant - and I look forward to my next visit every time. I would highly recommend ATX family dental if the location works for you.
They have wonderfully kind employees, especially Haley. I had a terrible experience with a previous dental practice and ATX Family Dental was such a breath of fresh air after that. While treatment options & estimates were provided, there was zero pressure and they took time to explain things in detail. Atmosphere is really cozy for a dentist office, which I’d imagine would be really helpful if you have anxiety around dental visits. Highly recommend!
Been here a few times, I really liked dr Amanda and Erika! However, I found it extremely difficult and confusing to set up my last appointment. This place is also EXTREMELY money focused. The woman I reached to set my appointment kept asking me a specific tooth for focus.. I kept telling her I do not know! She said they focus on one tooth at a time and I was like no, I want focus on multiple. Then she just started giving me random prices and telling me I need a cleaning. I never thought I would say this, but I enjoyed going to the dentist! Deedee did a terrific job as my hygienist and Dr. N was great. Thanks for a wonderful first visit.
