The most professional, communicative and welcoming experience I’ve ever had at a doctor. Every person you come in contact with was warm and fully customer focused. I left feeling educated and empowered in my decision making after having the doctor walk me through exactly what they did/saw/would like to do along with detailed pricing so I know exactly what everything would cost. 10/10 experience, a dentist I actually look forward to going back to!
You won’t find a better dental office than ATX Family Dental in Austin. My girlfriend recommended them to me originally after she had a great experience. Everybody’s so kind, patient, and thoughtful! I always have an easy time going in for cleanings or exams and wouldn’t go to any other dentist out in Central Texas!
Getting a tooth ripped out has never been more pleasant! I needed a last-minute, emergency-ish appointment for a cursed tooth situation and they squeezed me in last-minute (literally within 2 hours) and made the process feel very simple and straightforward. Despite the last minute nature of my visit, I never felt neglected or rushed. Dental stuff can be very anxiety-inducing and this whole team clearly understands this and makes it a point to help make things easier. Sarah was amazing. Bedside manner . I hadn’t done intake forms (which is so annoying, I’m sorry ). And then it glitched and I had to start all over again. But the office is absolutely adorable. Great location w parking. 10/10.
