The most helpful dental office I’ve ever experienced! From the front to the back staff, they are amazing very welcoming and make you feel extra welcomed and confident. My new favorite dentist office for sure!
Moved to Austin and went with ATX because they took my Cigna dental discount plan. Next visit they said they stopped accepting Cigna perhaps they had enough customers. Slightly unfair for an existing client. I purchased their Wellness Plan which would take me through to retirement when my Medicare Aetna dental kicked in. BUT they take Aetna but not Medicare. Again slightly unfair as an existing client. Another example of profit over patient care I'm afraid.

Bad experience. I’m a student in Austin so I live both here during the school year and in California when on break. I came in for my bi-annual cleaning last month and asked them not to do x-rays because I just did them less than half a year ago at my California dentist. The hygienist said not to worry about the cost of doing it twice because it would be covered. A few weeks later I get a bill for the x-rays.
