Excellent customer service and stand behind the repairs. I’ve got a “frankenbike” full suspension Felt MTB. For years I’ve battled horrible brakes going out, constantly squeeling and vibrating. Finally decided to replace the brakes with new components and a few other fixes. Picked up the bike, rode it down the street and same problems with brakes. Took it right back to the shop, had it back a few hours later. Took it for a quick 5 mile trail ride...great to be back riding again! Now I’ll see what they can do for my 20 year o... read more

All I can say is WOW! So, I got this bike frame in December 1999. It took me almost a year to build it and have it ready to ride right before my first son was born. It has been a BEAST and given me years of enjoyment and self-inflicted pain. No such thing as a bike shop emergency you say. Wrong I let my tires go flat and didn’t have the right adapter to fill my tubeless tires. ATXBikes to the rescue. Just a hair past 6pm. Shhh don’t tell anyone. Thanks guys now I can ride tomorrow!!👍🏽
