Bryan was very welcoming and easy to talk to (honestly he could chat all day) but you can tell he genuinely cares about his customers. What I appreciated most was that he actually listened to what I wanted instead of immediately pushing for expensive replacements like many other shops do. He worked with my budget and found a practical solution that made sense. Fair pricing, honest approach, and good workmanship. Would recommend for anyone looking for a trustworthy independent shop.
Great price, super friendly customer service. Honest and quick service. I was initially skeptical about the location and condition of his shop. After talking with Brian he explained that he is a new business trying grow and afford a better space. I was happy to support. A hard working fellow like Brian.
Our car ultimately ended up eating an entire new engine, his guys were incredibly transparent through the entire process, giving us custom analysis estimations and details down to every dollar spent, Bryan worked with us the entire time and ultimately found us a replacement engine for significantly less cost as we had sank money into the repairs. For a what’s the desirable situation? We ultimately had an incredibly pleasant experience with the shop and would recommend!
Brian did a great job on extremely short notice! He was able to squeeze my car in on a Saturday afternoon and had it done by Saturday night, with excellent quality work!
