Who ever that is new answering those phone @ this location/Branch. Is very dismissive with her tone and un necessarily aggressive? I hate to sound racist....But the young Lady sounds Hindu Arabic or from some Foreign country. Very hard accent which I can barely understand what she is saying over the phone? Communication Barrier. 🧐🤨 Very disrespectful on how her phone etiquette is, Not helpful one bit. She needs more training or to get off of the phone.
