Who ever that is new answering those phone @ this location/Branch. Is very dismissive with her tone and un necessarily aggressive? I hate to sound racist....But the young Lady sounds Hindu Arabic or from some Foreign country. Very hard accent which I can barely understand what she is saying over the phone?
