I have been at this office since I was 18 and saw Dr Ciabatoni. This office should not exist. Never in my life was I ever treated this horribly by 3 office staff who enjoyed bullying me every time I called and by Dr DiCicco who a few months ago literally yelled, was shaky & became unprofessional in his words at me telling me I was frustrating him because I wasn't talking slow enough and spelling out the meds I am on for him. Love Dr DiCecco, he gets 5 stars, however the employees are extremely rude and don't put the phones on until the doctor comes in, not when they're supposed to be turned on. They are lazy bunch of girls who need to be replaced with pleasant professionals.
