Alexandra Colangelo is fantastic . The staff however is horrible. Super unprofessional , they do not get back to you , extremely rude when they do get back to you . The office manager Tina is an absolute joke not sure where they found her from but I suggest they replace her before they start losing patients.
What happened to Dr Austin
if i could give the front desk 0 zero stars i would. receptionist acts like they don’t even wanna work there.
Horrible practice! From Dr Austin to the billing department, absolutely the worst! He showed no compassion or empathy when I went to see him, after my Mom died. Then, my account was sent to a collection agency, for that visit, even though I paid my copay twice and had a credit on my account! This practice is a disgrace,and I am so dissatisfied & disappointed!
I've been seeing Dr. Austin for years and have had nothing but good experiences. It can be hard to to get an appointment sometimes, but if I really need to be seen, I call in first thing in the morning and am usually able to get a same-day appointment. Dr. Austin listens to any concerns I have, which can sometimes be a lot, and he works with me on any treatment plans I may have/need.
