I have been a patient at Atwood medical for over a decade. My primary care physician was Dr. Jason Austin. Dr Austin was extremely professional while also having patients and understanding. He took the time to listen and explain things as well as offer advice and support. This practice has gone downhill since he left. We are left with an unprofessional, unethical and immature alternative to the great doctor who once took care of us.
Dr. Austin is the best PCP. He was so patient and explained everything to me when I was going through a health crisis. I found him to be extremely knowledgeable. He recently retired from the practice and I miss the care and concern he showed for my overall health
Alexandra Colangelo is fantastic . The staff however is horrible. Super unprofessional , they do not get back to you , extremely rude when they do get back to you . The office manager Tina is an absolute joke not sure where they found her from but I suggest they replace her before they start losing patients.
