if i could give the front desk 0 zero stars i would. receptionist acts like they don’t even wanna work there.
Horrible practice! From Dr Austin to the billing department, absolutely the worst! He showed no compassion or empathy when I went to see him, after my Mom died. Then, my account was sent to a collection agency, for that visit, even though I paid my copay twice and had a credit on my account! This practice is a disgrace,and I am so dissatisfied & disappointed!
I've been seeing Dr. Austin for years and have had nothing but good experiences. It can be hard to to get an appointment sometimes, but if I really need to be seen, I call in first thing in the morning and am usually able to get a same-day appointment. Dr. Austin listens to any concerns I have, which can sometimes be a lot, and he works with me on any treatment plans I may have/need. I called 3 weeks ago as a new patient, the receptionist was so nice. My appointment was today, the whole experience was flawless. I met with Alexandria Colangio RNP, she was so receptive about my questions, she was honest, kind and fun to talk to. I called this place after reading all the 1 star reviews and was a little concerned about it but as I said, as a new patient they gave me an appointment pretty fast, and my experience was positive.
This place doesn’t deserve a single star. Although the doctors are great the Office staff is incompetent and useless since all they can do is place you on hold while they gossip as if you have nothing better to do . And then they state that if an appointment is not cancelled there’s a no show fee. If you DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE when a patient wants to cancel an appointment then you have no business charging anything . HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE ! Believe all the negative reviews I know I should’ve .
