Horrible owner..has no customer service skills at all. They do not stand behind the products that they sell at all. Had to call Yamaha for help due to marina owner and staff being rude and unhelpful. His own staff apologized for his behavior towards us! Says alot right there! By your pontoon elsewhere.....this marina won't be there to help you when the motor carb fails shortly there after with issues Yamaha admits to. Run the other way!!!!
