The ladies here at Atwood Jewelers are fantastic!! I flew in from Wisconsin for my Sisters wedding that is tomorrow and I wanted to surprise her with our Mothers watch for her “something old” on her wedding day. I needed to get said watch fixed and cleaned (if possible) in time. I called and Andrea was sweet and upfront. I have never been so insulted in my life and feel like I've been taken to the cleaners ! Me and my wife came into this jewelry store and purchased an antique necklace with sapphires in it for $900 and I got it appraised and to my disbelief it was only worth $45 dollars!? Been here several times. Amazing customer service and atmosphere to match. Great work on sizing rings and setting stones. Highly recommend!

I’m a Salem resident and have shopped here several times and been happy. Two months after purchasing a $900 necklace there they would only offer me $45 for it. If I could give zero stars I would. Absolutely shameful.

What a delightful store with the most unique estate jewelry. Jill was an absolute delight to work with and I am still on Cloud 9 after buying the cutest cloisonné sand dollar earrings. We are definitely coming back to work with their jeweler to redesign my engagement ring. Can't wait!
