Dr. Canchis is great and staff.
Terrible all around, office staff is incompetent and ignorant and that’s even if you can get them on the phone. good luck
I'm a fairly new patient I saw the doctor twice he's very informative I've never been to a doctor so nice
I have to agree with the majority. Dr Canchis himself is a great doctor , more importantly my MIL loves him but It’s not often you are dealing with him directly. Some of the office staff is rude, they seem flustered probably due to short staffing and I do feel for them if that’s the case . It doesn’t matter how many times you leave a message, It’s absolutely pointless because you’ll never get a call back. I been a patient of the Dr. Canchis for years, and he’s a great doctor, JOHN is a great employee as well his been there for years on and off, but I have to say there’s been a big improvement!! OVERALL!! I had the pleasure of meeting ROSA, she’s very professional, kind, and hardworking. I hope they both stay there for good
