I have to agree with the majority. Dr Canchis himself is a great doctor , more importantly my MIL loves him but It’s not often you are dealing with him directly. Some of the office staff is rude, they seem flustered probably due to short staffing and I do feel for them if that’s the case . It doesn’t matter how many times you leave a message, It’s absolutely pointless because you’ll never get a call back. I been a patient of the Dr. Canchis for years, and he’s a great doctor, JOHN is a great employee as well his been there for years on and off, but I have to say there’s been a big improvement!! OVERALL!! I had the pleasure of meeting ROSA, she’s very professional, kind, and hardworking. I hope they both stay there for good
My mother had Canchis MD for several years . He is very kind, attentive and compassionate, always attempt to help, on the other hand the techs that works in the office are rude, no phone etiquette at all. You leave a message no phone call returned, you call, they anwer and put on hold for ever, never mind if you ask for a referral, it never gets done. You will have to work on it, it is really sad
