Not at all satisfied with the service department they had my car for a week and it was like very difficult to get in contact with anybody to get any kind of update and then I wanted a pigtail replaced on my headlight they wanted to charge me $2000 to replace the whole headlight assembly. There was some sensors throwing code but after six days they still couldn’t pinpoint the real issue but my main problem was so much lack of communication and they said they put a new tire on it to stop the shaking. Beware buyers and Also the Kirk Brothers! This dealer ship has really went down since we bought my husband truck their last year. I had so many problem with the way it was handle. I called about a vehicle they had. They said not ready , gonna send pic.. got to go though inspection etc. ok great. In mean time we left for vacation. They called US while we were on vacation asking to see if wanted to come for test drive. Poorly ran business. It seems very cut-throat. We were on our way from an hour away with an appointment already confirmed to buy a vehicle at 230pm and they sold it that morning. We didn't find out until we arrived it'dbeen sold by someone else.. No cancelation text or call letting us know the vehicle had been sold after it had supposedly been pulled to the back waiting on us. My initial 5 star review has dropped significantly. They are great at getting that sale but when it comes to taking care of business after the fact they definitely need some work. Not only did they forget to mail the payoff for our trade in but they also neglected to send the check with the paperwork to get the vehicle registered (that was all in the financing, I certainly won't pay it again).
