I called this office because I googled emergency dentist, they advertised same day appointments for emergency. I called and explained the situation of my elder father being in pain and would like to get an appointment and I asked her if they are accepting new patients. The front desk lady just flat out said NO. Why would you advertise and your front desk says NO. I work in the dental field in another state and we would never be so rude. I needed a new dentist. I called and made one here because they said they my insurance. They took my insurance info to make sure and I had to wait months for appt. Which is the case right now with everything. Turns out they don’t take my insurance. Nobody called to tell me in the months I was waiting. They wait for the day I get there and fill out all the annoying paper work to then say it won’t be covered. Was I supposed to pay? I waisted so much time I could have gone somewhere else. I’d give ZERO stars if I could. When I had my visit earlier in the year the Dr said all my teeth were fine, no cavities. However, in just a short while TWO of my teeth chipped due to unresolved cavities!! I had to get a crown and have one removed! I had four cavities! He said everything was fine. I was skeptical after I left my appointment and for good reason. Do not recommend AT ALL. Please go somewhere else.

I have been coming here for a few years and have always enjoyed my experience. Fast and friendly service. Still able to provide a well done job.
