Atwell has a great sales staff, and a nice location. The problem with Atwell is that they have the absolute worst HOA. The HOA gives out fines arbitrarily. They always have hundreds of people in their disciplinary meetings. They can/will put a lien on your house! DO NOT buy here until they change the HOA. Canterbury by CrestWood is close and they don’t have this crazy HOA situation.
