Jacqueline was personable and professional. I told her my estimated storage need and she suggested an adequate unit size. She informed me of all the options and discounts b4 rates increase. She completed my contract so all I had to do was provide my driver’s license and payment card. Jacqueline was thorough and very pleasant to work with. I’ve used this facility before so I’m confident my items will be protected and secure.

I have been renting here at Atwater Security Storage, for almost three years and I have had nothing but a good experience. I just downsized my unit because the price went up, so I got a smaller unit and more affordable for me. They are very friendly and helpful here.

This place is horrible. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else for your storage needs. This place is a complete rip off. But if you like seeing your rates raised very often then go ahead and choose Atwater security storage. If i could give a zero i would. And dont forget!! Give a 30 day notice or else they will still charge you for a storage your not using. RIP OFFS!!!!!
