Nice design and lovely location on the river, but devoid of energy and community. The governance of the building is also extremely focused on rules and compliance. If you are the sort of person who enjoys lots of regulations and fines for rules infractions then this might be a good fit for you. Here's a specific example: if you drive through the building's garage door, you are required to come to a complete stop after pulling through and wait until the door closes fully behind you.
