I got a vehicle I fell in love with, but I had huge problems with the engine light from the get go, three times I took it back to have it repaired. Anyway, I worked with JR, than Shane came through for me, it wasn't a great experience but so far my car is running good, I have hopes. Despite the high finance fee and the addtl 999.00 I wasn't told about until I brought it up, I love my car, but I do plan to pay it off asap. Shane and JR are really nice and they took care of me. Thanks guys!
Great experience
I purchased a used car from this group, and had excellent experience, they have many nice vehicles to choose from. One of the best dealers in the Deer Valley area. They were able to help me get financed aswell same day keys were in hand driving away! Friendly, no pressure experience allowed me to choose a vehicle right for me. 8 months later and vehicle is running great! I recommend stopping by and checking out their inventory, top quality selections at good pricing.
Talk about some shady advertising. On cargurus, you list a car at 9854. In the comments you mention a 499 doc fee (pretty standard for any dealer) and 996 which is your profit on the vehicle. That is possibly the shadiest think I have seen. Nobody believes that you are only making 995 on the car and even if you are, that should be in the price, not some line item in your ad.
Wonderful experience. Easy to work with. I love my car. Worth the trip. Junior and Shane were very communicative and flexible with meeting up to make the deal. We will definitely be back to buy again!!!
