Moving into Atwater has made me very happy, especially because Jabria Mays has been incredibly helpful. From the apartment tour to the lease signing, she consistently provided excellent service with a great attitude. The living environment here is beautiful, and all the staff members are very friendly and professional.
Thus far, I have enjoyed my time at the Atwater. Facilities are clean. As for the staff are quite nice. Roy brings wisdom and rational thought to the front desk. He manages complex deliveries with ease. He remembered my name quickly. Jackie was awesome with managing all my issues with moving in and getting verified. The concierge service here has been nothing but excellent. Everyone I have interacted with has been friendly, approachable, and willing to help with any questions or requests. Making reservations for amenities is quick and straightforward, which adds a lot of convenience to daily life. The interior of the apartment itself is very clean, well maintained, and thoughtfully designed, making it comfortable to live in.
