Estelle and Janis was a great happy hour host and made the event a lot of fun.
From the moment I did an initial tour to moving in and even just seeing her around Jabria has been incredible! She’s super helpful, quick to respond to questions and concerns and is super personable. Moving has been made super easy with the whole team being all amazing and very welcoming. I’ve lived here for a little over a month now, I have no complaints, maintenance is super quick and great, and the amenities are wonderful. From those sitting at the front desk to those you see around everyone is kind and friendly.
I've been living at Atwater Apartments for a few weeks now, and overall, I'm thoroughly enjoying the experience. From the start, Jabria in the leasing office was absolutely amazing—her helpfulness and professionalism made the initial steps feel welcoming and straightforward. While the move-in process is quite extensive (expect a fair amount of paperwork and coordination), once we arrived on site, everything went seamlessly. We’re very happy we made the move here. The Atwater is an amenity property that’s really close and convenient to just about everything you’d need. This is a community and not just an apartment building and it shows. Our impression from the initial tour and then ultimately a move in was that things here are well managed & well maintained.
