My wife and I had lasik surgery in 10/2023..staff was always incredibly kind and helpful. Process was very quick. The 4 hours after the procedure is the worst part as eyes burn and it hurts a lot (we needed a little more pain medication I think), but it is absolutely worth it in the end. Weeks (every 20 minutes at first) and months (then like 3 times per day) after you have to use tears to moisten up eyes that become very dry, this will normalize in about 3-4 months or so.
