They totally overbook patients. My consultation with doctor was almost three hours …waiting waiting waiting. I was preped for surgery and waited another two hours before the procedure. The staff was great but there was total disregard for the patients. I would not recommend this practice to anyone. There r plenty of other good eye surgeons in Buffalo. Wish i would have done a little more research.
Yeah, you're milage may vary here. I M 40 years old, wife glasses since 4th grade, wore them because I need getting head aches and couldn't see the black board. I wore glasses since middle school and contacts off and on since high school. My reasons for not wanting to have to wear glasses are numerous. I have to wear safety glasses at work. Dr. Ephraim Atwal is professional, kind, and informative. The staff is extremely welcoming and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend Atwal Eye Care for both general/annual eye appointments and specialized treatments.
It took 2 hours wait to see Md . I was told it was short staffed. I had a very long day been going from 5am work start then stuck in an appt at 330pm until 545pm, just to have an annual Eye Exam.
This was my first time as a patient at this facility. All staff was very nice and helpful. The doctor was also very nice and was able to diagnose an ongoing problem I have been dealing with for about a year. I was very glad I went to see this doctor
