Got my lasik done yesterday (1-16-26) and the nurse Emily was talking to me and calming me down. She was so sweet! I went into the big room wish I knew I was getting viewed because I would’ve LOVED my brother to record my procedure . The dr. Himself was extremely patient and nice with me. I warned him and everyone was like Rachel from friends with my eyes. The left eye pressure with that laser on my brow and cheek was worse than my right eye. I was very nervous to go to get an evaluation for eye correction procedures. The staffing at Atwal made me feel so comfortable at my appointment that I forgot the questions I was going to ask them! I scheduled my procedure and follow ups before I left the office, and as nervous as I get about appointments and procedures, I cannot wait to go back. If you're an anxious person and looking to get an eye correction procedure like Lasik or other related procedures. I would recommend giving Atwal Eye Care a call.
I had what I thought was a concern with my eye. They got me right in and gave me several options for the appointment time and office for my convenience. As always the staff was wonderful. Dr. Joseph took her time with me and gave me a thorough exam. She put my mind at ease. I left feeling very positive about my experience. Highly recommend Dr. Joseph.
I was very impressed with Dr. Atwell and his staff. They were professional, and courteous. Explained everything in great detail. I felt very comfortable and believe I am in good hands.
They jam pack people into this office triple booking appointments. There was one doctor going room to room and it took forever. I had an 830 appointment. Got there at 830. Had no paperwork to fill out. I did a test with the nurse immediately but then waited until 950 to see a doctor before I left the room, ultimately without seeing the doctor because I had to work at 1030.
