Got my lasik done yesterday (1-16-26) and the nurse Emily was talking to me and calming me down. She was so sweet! I went into the big room wish I knew I was getting viewed because I would’ve LOVED my brother to record my procedure . The dr. Himself was extremely patient and nice with me. I had what I thought was a concern with my eye. They got me right in and gave me several options for the appointment time and office for my convenience. As always the staff was wonderful. Dr. Joseph took her time with me and gave me a thorough exam. She put my mind at ease. I left feeling very positive about my experience. Highly recommend Dr. Joseph.
I was very impressed with Dr. Atwell and his staff. They were professional, and courteous. Explained everything in great detail. I felt very comfortable and believe I am in good hands.
They jam pack people into this office triple booking appointments. There was one doctor going room to room and it took forever. I had an 830 appointment. Got there at 830. Had no paperwork to fill out. I did a test with the nurse immediately but then waited until 950 to see a doctor before I left the room, ultimately without seeing the doctor because I had to work at 1030.
The Doctor, nurses and technicians at Atwal Eye Care are all top notch. Extra care was taken to explain every detail of the surgeries planned for December. We left the appointment feeling secure that everything is going to work out and there will be better vision for all activities.
