Worst experience ever. I paid a ridiculous $115 for 2 day air shipping. Myself and my wife were stranded in another state with our SXS and needed a radiator to get home. They claimed they could get it to me in less then 48 hours with 2nd day air AM service. They happily took my money and then waited 2 days to ship the part, then UPS held the shipment for non payment from the sender. We own a business and ship 1000s of items with UPS every year. bought a set of axels a year ago got hurt and put the machine up, spring time all 4 boots were already dry rotted cracking, called just to told thats odd but we dont stand behind our products and there s no warranty on boots which i get but when the machine has been sitting and to have all 4 cracking is crappy craftmanship, been dealing with offroad products for over 20 years never had boots fail in these conditions so buyer beware the axel boots are garbage and will not last in storage so good luck on the trails and get a s... read more
