Horrible company doesn't have anything in stock. They are just a middle man between you and the manufacture. With no real clue about the products they sell.
I ordered a UTV part from their eBay store, I was told after a week, manufacturer was back ordered and not sure when item would be in stock. Called manufacturer, item is in stock and is on clearance sale. So I was lied to. Took 2 weeks before manufacturer was given the order to drop ship to me.
Bought a revo exhaust was promised two weeks time to build now it’s going on for 5 months heard only excuses very bad business and full of lies took my money I paid for a fairytale instead of my exhaust .... I thought customers was always right but not with this company
Excellent customer service by phone with Andrea, they found just what I wanted to order, and made sure it was sent to me fast. I'm very pleased.
I placed an order on the jan 13th, they never contacted me to let me know the order was on back order, they even made a tracking and shipping in progress order and they didn't even have the part. A month latter they blamed it on the distributer. Finally with all the down time I canceled and ordered elsewhere with no problems. To sum this up they blatantly lied to me twice during negotiations. I hate leaving this kind of review but they really don't deserve business.

I recently purchased a DWT Champion in a box wheel set from Atvgalaxy. They also had a wide selection of different color beadlock rings with the wheels package, instead of just the standard silver. I was amazed how fast I received my new wheels with white beadlocks. Since that purchase, I have bought a few other items, and will continue to shop with Atvgalaxy in the future. Customer service is superb as well.
The only reason I gave this one star is because there are no options for ZERO stars. We bought a part for our raptor and it was missing some parts to the point that we could not use it, we went back and forth with ATV Galaxy who told us to send the part back, so we did... and after 2 months of going through this we still have yet to receive our replacement part. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM - THEY ARE A SCAM.
