I had an excellent experience with my physiatrist. They were extremely knowledgeable, patient, and truly listened to my concerns. Dr. Patel was very professional, yet very friendly. I have known Dr. Patel for many years. He has helped my mother and husband. He explained each step involved during the process of my EMG. Dr. Patel was referred by Dr. Kirk Ridley, my PCP doctor.
I was warmly greeted by Doctor Patel's assistant, who informed me what the treatment I was going to receive that day was. She listened to my my questions and relayed them to Dr. Patel. Dr. Patel performed a series of injections to my left arm, hand, leg, and foot as gently as he could. And as he did, he explained where they were being administered. Dr, Patel and his team are professional, understanding, and very caring.
Dr Patel and his team are the most helpful of any physician group in my lifetime and I’m 86 years old They are accommodating Dr Patel himself has been able to provide immediate pain relied every time he has treated me . He is conservative in his medical advice and generous with referrals whenever I’ve needed to see an other physician . Thank you.
