Lauren Dale-Derks is amazing! She takes time before each massage to ask how I'm feeling and what's going on with my body. She targets those areas to help relieve some of the discomfort or tightness I'm experiencing. After my massage she gives recommendations on how I can be stretching at home. The atmosphere is professional and peaceful. I leave feeling refreshed, less tense and so much more relaxed. I highly recommend Lauren!
