First time Chiro appointment today. I read a lot of great reviews about Dr. Kyle Roth and others, but they were booked until Tuesday, so I booked with Dr. John Clark instead. My experience was sub-par. He shared some basic anatomical information about musculature (these 7 vertebrae are your neck, your shoulder blades are here and muscles connect all up the middle). When I told him I have a neck issue that happened in the nighttime he told me multiple times that "These things don't usually happen in the nighttime".. which is ... read more
The front desk lady was extremely rude and spoke to me in a very high, disrespectful tone. I hope management addresses this behavior
