I have been to a lot of nail salons around the columbus area and I have to say this was the best experience I've had in a while. My nail technician was so attentive to details, and I'm a very picky person. I would give more stars if I could.

I have been a loyal customer here for years. Over time their service has gotten worse and worse. They have too many men working there and they are rough and dont do a good job. And everyone is too fast! I got a deluxe pedicure last time I went, which was almost $40 for 20 mins of service. Not relaxing and not worth the $$$! I will never go back, ever!
