I have been working with Amy for years. In my opinion she is the best Escrow Officer in Northwest Arkansas. Her years of experience and knowledge are evident throughout the transaction. She is very detailed oriented and communicates regularly keeping all parties informed. We also have compared her fees with other title companies and has saved us and our customers hundreds of dollars.

We had the pleasure of working with Kris Conant on our closing for my father in laws home. It was a difficult time because we were moving him to an assisted living. She went above and beyond to answer my thousand questions because the house was in a trust and personally brought the paperwork to my father in law to sign because he was not very mobile. We really appreciated the extra effort and kindness.
