Completely unprofessional, two years trying to get our deed corrected that was issued incorrect. Countless excuses, blown off, lied to. Found out a corrected deed was issued and we were never notified. Now it is lost in their office (for six month's) after being returned to them. They just can't seem to find it. Really! ATA cost us penalties with the county as they missed the small detail of our winter taxes which we we told had been paid to date as the summer taxes were also not paid till closing . We by chance discovered the winter taxes unpaid and totally unbeknownst to us..
