I am very happy with their service !!! I needed them to serve a party for a small claims case. I knew it would be a difficult serve. The party they were serving did not work, lived in a house with cameras all around and a iron gate 10 feet from the front door. They were able to serve this party within a week, plus they have very reasonable rates, GREAT WORK guys !!!!
We hired AMS to handle our probate guardianship case and after waiting nearly a month, we found out that they filed it incorrectly and since finding that out they didn't even correct the problem promptly but have given us excuses for why they haven't refilled the correct paperwork. Since our case was for a guardianship case where our grandchild's safety was seriously at risk, time is precious each minute we wait for their mistakes, our grandchild's life continues to be at serious risk! I CONTACTED AMS FOR HELP ON A RENTAL EVICTION AND SPOKE TO HIEDI WHO WAS EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE IN THIS FIELD AND WAS VERY HELPFUL THROUGH THE ENTIRE PROCESS. THE PROCESS SERVERS HANDLED MY CASE VERY QUICKLY WITHOUT ANY PROBLEMS.
