If I could leave negative stars, I would. I would not use this Process Server. Had paid to have a subpoena served in October 2022. Paid the invoice online, they confirmed receipt of the subpoena. It is now December and I have asked numerous times for the affidavit of service via emails and voicemails. Have not received proof it was actually served.
I would highly recommend ABP server if you ever need this type of service. Ask for Paquita, she is knowledgable, professional, and was always available. In addition, she is extremely pleasant to talk to.
My experience was very efficient and I was communicated with every step of the way.
I am completely blown away by the level of service and ability to get the job done by Paquita and her. team. I was in a situation where I was waiting for over a month to have my county's sheriff department effectively get the job done.
