My experience with this law firm was extremely disappointing. During the initial consultation, they promised open and transparent communication and assured me that if my rights had been violated, they would ‘get the case dismissed.’ This turned out to be completely untrue, as they have no authority to make such decisions. Mr. Matian. I would like for you to get in touch with me to inform you about your RANCHO CUCAMONGA OFFICE and ALL your employees I have spoken too. I am disappointed and dissatisfied with the outcome on how we have been and continue to be treated by your employees. I do not want any contact with anyone else other than Mr. Shawn Matian. If I could give your firm 0 stars I honestly would. I will also be getting in touch to file a complaint about the firm with The State Bar of California.
