Unsatisfactory customer service, I’ve had to wait almost 3 weeks to get a call to get an update, they promise to call and I always end up having to call and get an update. Of course I understand they get busy but 3 weeks is absolutely ridiculous. My main agent was never available and I was always directed to the assistant.
