I recently used Attorney Alternative to probate my mother's will and to set up a Living Trust for our family. I was quite impressed with their knowledge, professionalism and attention to my case. I know probate is a lengthy process, but they were there at every step to ensure everything went smoothly. I highly recommend this company.
Used many times but not going back – Tom Hick, owner and operator of the paralegal service Attorney Alternative is knowledgeable but slow. I have used him on at least 5 or 6 occassions and he is never in the office before 11 am, he never returns phone calls but instead may answer you via e-mail and this last time he filed paperwork not the way I asked and it cost me a delay of about a month in evicting some tenants.
