Attorney Allison Folmar was a blessing sent to my husband and I. After, speaking to Attorney Allison for a few minutes she informed us that we have grandparents rights and grandparents time legally with our grandsons that lived out of state with their father, due to my daughter being deceased. We are so grateful for Attorney Allison’s compassion, wisdom, knowledge and understanding.
We recommend her highly. Our autistic son deals with non-epileptic seizures, a serious medical problem. His group home owner called the police while he was having a seizure, and filed a complaint unjustly charging him for behavior clearly outside of his control. Allison was fantastic as her expertise resulted in the case being dismissed with an apology from the judge. We are so grateful!
