I've gone here to get things appraised before and gotten decent numbers, but the customer service is beyond lacking. They don't acknowledge you and just seem to be in their own world until you ask for help or have been standing there for quite some time! I had an order placed for a necklace clip to be fixed along with an ring to be added on it and welded so the charm that currently hung on it would be way more secure.
