Not a good experience. I wish the buyer didn't pick this title company, but I had no choice as the seller in the state of PA. So I waited several days to get the docs back and wasn't able to sign them in person, which cost me around $300 in notary fees plus having to overnight the docs. Then the closing specialist tells me that they can't wire the funds because the business names don't match and that she is going to send a check instead. What a horrible process this was!
