A snapshot of my experience today; When I walked in without an appointment, I was instantly and warmly greeted. Before I could take my jacket off, the owner, Fritz, introduced himself to me and proceeded to walk me to his station where he gave me the best haircut I've ever received. Our conversation was great and he absolutely provided first class service which was unexpected yet gratifying.
