The director of customer service, Peter Ong is a phenomenal trainer. He has the ability to design workout programs which combine your physical abilities with your desired results. He is kind, caring, and truly understands the biomechanics of the body to minimize any chance of injury. I have been a devotee for 10 years and never have had the same workout consecutively. I have developed confidence, flexibility, balance, muscularity, and lost weight. If you want a trainer that pushes you to the limits, Peter is your guy.
Steve is the best personal trainer I’ve ever worked with. He’s knowledgable, professional and he keeps the workout fun. I have a few limitations due to arthritis & previous injuries, and he is more than willing to adjust my workouts whenever needed. Thank you, Steve!
