Mr. Attili was very courteous and professional and gave clear direction to the plumber to access a leaky pipe in a support beam/joist area. He was very responsive by phone and text, we would not hesitate to recommend him/his company to anyone in need of structural engineer services.

We worked with Mr. Attili to get a house that we were selling declared safe to live in. He was thorough, and did produce the paperwork needed within a short timeframe and was quick to schedule time with us. We did have some minor communication issues with him (some lack of response to questions) but ultimately the job got done. We appreciate the work Mr. Attili put in on our behalf.

I had concerns after noticing cracking along a load-bearing wall in my home. Mr. Attili came on a Saturday to inspect. He did a thorough job, inspecting in the house, the attic, and under the house. He was able to determine the reason for the cracking, and to provide a solution. Other companies I called would not go under the house or into the attic, and their fees were comparable for what I paid.! We are very pleased with the work Mr. Attili did.
