My husband and I used Atilla Denes last year for a house sale to a relative where we didn't need a Real Estate Agent. His level of communication was wonderful. He lined up the Escrow company and handled alot of that communication. My mortgage gal loved him as well! Today I contacted him again for my father's will. He is going to handle all the probate and technical details involving the court's. I trust this man! He is reasonably priced and delivers 5 star service. Highly recommend!
I spoke with Atilla about setting up an irrecovable trust and the conversation went well. I explained that I needed to wait for my husband's work schedule before I could make an appointment and he said that was fine, as he had openings. I have called him several times since that conversation 2 weeks ago and he has not returned any of my phone calls. I am very disappointed, as I thought I had finally found an attorney to help with this, as there doesn't seem to be a lot of attorneys that do irrevocable trusts.

Long overdue but Atilla Denes has been great as my lawyer. He has taken care of all my speeding tickets in king county with no problem. I recommend anyone to him. His price is very fair compare to the work he does.
