I got a call and I'm new to this process and was trying to ask questions and when asked to speak to somebody else was told I would not be transferred to anybody when asked for receptionist name and spelling she told me she would discontinue the call and hung up on me I wasn't rude or vulgar in my call to Warrant a dismissal
