I spoke with a Corporate Representative today to try and resolve a situation with my unit. We were not able to completely resolve my situation, however he did listen and try to offer some options and made some considerations to help me get closer to resolution. He was kind and considerate and that means a lot. I appreciate his help and now I need to figure out the rest.
I've never had a problem with the with the company
This place has 24 hours access which was important to me since I live out of town now and I never know when I'm going to need access to my storage unit
