Unprofessional, overpriced, and the arrogance is unbearable. I understand when you’re in and industry and you maybknow a lot about it, but I feel it is also your responsibility to inform the customer what they are paying for any details as to what they’re doing and I just did not get that from this company. Been meaning to post this for a while.
It took Pat a couple of days to return my call - I expected it from busy contractor teams and didn't mind. I used the time to show the project to a few other contractors. Patrick at Attic Dr was very responsive and did a great job on our spray foam garage insulation contract. He added insulation to existing drywall areas and under the roof decking. He also provided a great reference for drywall and painting work related to our project. Now my car is not hot when I pull it out of the garage and I dial back the car cooling system about a mile from home even in 100 degree heat. Came out did the job. Did not leave an invoice. I requested one still have not see it. Left the AC switch off in the attic so we were out of air conditioning until late that night until we figured it out. Then our cable was out because again they unplugged something in attic and now cable wants to charge me $45.00 because they left everything undone in attic.
AtticDr spray foamed my home, removed all the old insulation and did a fantastic job. I am picky but they did a very clean job, professional, timely and left the job area like they were never there. Would recommend to all family & friends.
