I am the owner of Attic Zipper, we just saw the william jones review and looked at our shipping data. His unit was sent from sutherland va in early March. We just contacted him. If he never received it, we will send another. You can trust AtticZipper brand and Mr Jones will be taken care of... Cant believe we are just seeing this. Never have every had any kind of complaint before....
Purchased an attic zipper online - feb 5th 2023… still waiting - 4/24/23…. paypal collected the $210 on 2/5/23…. Future Buyers - BEWARE.
