Good customer service, fast shipping, good quality product easy to install! You could tell a difference in our hallway after installing this! We didn’t use staples to secure it, my husband is an engineer and he wanted to do 1/4 lattice strips and nail it down, this way was more secure, he didn’t even think calk was necessary!
