I have had a unit at Platte County since 2013. I have always had good service and felt comfortable with storing my possessions there. Last year I moved away from Platte County area and have needed some assistance with my rental. Randy has been excellent in working with me on several requests. We've had 2 units here for over 20 years. Every interaction has been pleasant. The facility is well-maintained and, as far as we can tell, is crime-free. The manager is knowledgeable and responsive.
Move-in and move-out are both easy. Excellent communication via email and phone. Would highly recommend. Running some great sales right now.
There was someone on site which is great! She was very informative and detailed.
