My stuff was auctioned off no phone call nothing had the storage unit 13 months got behind but that's crazy no communication.
Easy rental. Easy access. Convenient location and responsive service.
Worst mistake EVER happened at this storage unit. I believed and trusted that my treasures would be safe because I knew the owner…WRONG!!! I mailed my monthly check faithfully!!! And then I received a phone call saying all my belongings were gone and had been sold for non payment!!! Previously I moved so I called and spoke with an office worker to let them know and gave my new address update. Then came the phone call….everything I owned GONE!!
