They have raised my rent 40% and did not give me proper written notice. They have now violated their lease and have locked me out of my unit even though I paid my regular rent for the month. Dont do biz with them. They do not care about their customers. I have had a unit with them for many years. They have always been poor. I used to have two units but closed one and will do the same for this unit.Stay Away!!!!!
