Ellie was a pleasure to work with. We had 3 storage units at the facility and she consistently had a smile on her face every time we saw her. The place is climate controlled and was always clean. I would definitely use them again.
Love love this place! It is always clean. I've looked at other companies and non could compare to this location at Carson Road. I feel that my items are always safe here. The prices are reasonable and never any hassles. l love the climate control units. The new manager is so kind and professional and always willing to help. Ellie at Attic Plus Storage in Hoover, is great! She has been a tremendous help to me since I moved to Birmingham. I recently consolidated my 2 smaller units into 1 large unit. This facility is climate controlled, has security cameras; is always clean and easy access. I highly recommend them.
They are very good people to do business with. I've been renting storage units from them the past 6 years.

Manager is very friendly, polite and respectful. Love the protection they provide with cameras and security gate. Definitely recommend if you need a storage unit. Never had an issue with the company.
