Book for someone to come to my house for a quote they canceled it for the next week. The next week i waited for them for nothing apparently the canceled it without even telling me.
Poor communication and service.
Their attention to detail is absolutely shockingly bad.
Very efficient and good communication
As many have mentioned, they’re a very difficult company to deal with. I booked them for a quote weeks in advance. The guy shows up and his first statement is “I’m illegally parked so I won’t be staying long”. Looks at the roof and it’s all problems, problems, problems. “Oh you’ve got air con? Problem”, “oh the ceilings are too high. Problem”, “you’ve got a lot of things to fix”. This is what I’m getting you for! Then doesn’t send a quote for over a month.
