Horrible customer service. Scheduled an appointment but they "missed scheduling a technician". When asked how this happened and why they didn't proactively inform that the appointment could not be met, the agent said "I don't want to hear a lecture" and disconnected the call. The issue here is the lack of informing when canceling an appointment and no concern for wasting customer's day. Tardyness by the company and very rude beahvior by this agent. Wasted my Sunday morning just waiting.

Very pleased with service. Technician was on time, explained what he was doing, seemed to do a thorough job and answered my questions respectfully. Highly recommend. Clearly deserves highest rating. Thanks lot

Dan is very professional, he is sincerely trying to help and provides suggestions of things to try blocking rodents to get into the house, not selling services that may not turn out to fix the problem. Truly appreciate his professionalism.
